📦 How to Make a Warranty Claim
To request support under warranty:

- Include your order number (or Amazon order ID)
- Briefly describe the issue
- Attach a photo or video if available
Our support team will respond within 2 working days. If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or a partial/full refund depending on the situation.
