We are committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service. All Sonic Spa products come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery — giving you complete peace of mind when shopping with us.

  • Internal failure of ultrasonic or UVC functions
  • Battery malfunction not caused by user misuse

🚫 What’s Not Covered

  • Accidental damage, drops, or misuse
  • Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, discolouration, etc.)
  • Water damage due to improper use
  • Use of non-compatible accessories
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications

📦 How to Make a Warranty Claim

To request support under warranty:

  1. Email us at support@sonicspa.co.uk
  2. Include your order number (or Amazon order ID)
  3. Briefly describe the issue
  4. Attach a photo or video if available

Our support team will respond within 2 working days. If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or a partial/full refund depending on the situation.
